Hi! I’m Rhea.
I’m a project management enthusiast. I help project managers shift from focusing solely on processes to embracing the practical side of project management.
I have been a practicing project management for over two decades, a teacher of project management and entrepreneurship at the college and university level, and passionate about education.
I’ve created a series of small videos with the most common questions I get from my project management students to help you understand and transition into the project management profession. Our focus here is on understanding processes, purpose, and people to grow into a great project manager.
